phbinggo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
phbinggo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you will forfeit any remaining account balance, bonuses, and loyalty points, except as required by law.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
